Castner, Loretta (Marriage - 3 APR 1888)

Married, at the M.E. Parsonage, in this city (Neillsville, Clark County), on April 3, 1888, by Rev. James H. McManus, Mr. Thomas G. Gillespie, of Stillwater, Minn., formerly of Blackville, N.B., to Miss Loretta Castner of this city.

Mr. and Mrs. Richard Crocker of Neillsville, acted as groomsman and bridesmaid, Mrs. Crocker being a sister of the groom. Mr. Gillespie has been a resident of Stillwater for the past five years, during which time he has been engaged in lumbering interests and has proved himself to be a respectable and trustworthy citizen of that place. Miss Castner is a niece of our honorable Sheriff, John Dwyer, and is well known as one of Clark County's successful school teachers. The young couple intends to start for Stillwater in a few days, where they will make their future home. May success and happiness go with them.
