Rachal Minnie Angel was born in Clark Co., Wisconsin December 29, 1907 to Daws Washington (b. Apr. 22, 1863) and Minnie Mae (Barnard) Angel (b. May 7, 1870 in Whitehall, MI)-- (Clark Co., Birth Records, Vol. 5, page #157). Rachal married Joseph P. Alvernaz in Azores Island June 12, 1903. She died July 7, 1999, in Los Gatos, CA. Her husband died Dec. 14, 1993. They were the parents of Beatrice Minnie Alvernaz (b. Dec. 4, 1927 in Los Gatos, CA); Joseph P. Alvernaz (b. Apr. 21, 1930 in Los Gatos, CA); and two other children.
