Charles Patterson Hogue was born February 26, 1844.  He enlisted with the unassigned 3rd Regiment of the Wisconsin Infantry on October 10, 1861 serving as a Corporal and was discharged July 18, 1865.  He died February 24, 1931 and is buried in the Greenwood, Wisconsin City Cemetery.  His son, W.
