Ernest L. Messer of Unity, who was last week appointed postmaster of that village, has purchased the Marathon County Register of J. H. White & Son, and will put in a plant and print the paper at Unity. He will get out his first issue from the new plant about the middle of November. Mrs. Messer is a capable newspaper man and will do well in his venture. (Marshfield Times)
