Haslow, Esther L. (6 JAN 1914 - 10 MAR 2002)


LOYAL - Esther L. Haslow, 88, of Loyal, died March 10, 2002, at Colonial House Nursing and Rehab in Colby.


Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Thursday at Trinity Lutheran Church in Loyal. Burial will follow in Loyal Lutheran Cemetery.


Visitation will be from 6-8 p.m. Wednesday at Cuddie Funeral Home in Loyal and from 10 a.m. until service time at the church.

She was born Jan. 6, 1914, in Ames, Iowa to Arthur and Charity (nee Rische) Spencer. She and her husband Paul Haslow farmed in the town of Sherman until their retirement.

She is survived by four daughters, Bertha Hazlewood of Rice Lake, June (Walter) Seeger of Loyal, Ellen (Alan) Tesmer of Chetek and Shirley Haslow of Lake Villa, Ill. a son, Russell (Judy) Haslow of Cottonwood, Ariz. seven grandchildren 10 great-grandchildren two sisters, Sarah Keehn of Belleville and Joan (Ken) Parsons of Oregon.
