Horst, Shirley M. (10 APR 1957 - 14 OCT 1984)


Shirley M. Horst, 27, Route 1, Argonne, formerly of Loyal, Clark County, died Sunday, Oct. 14, 1984 at 7:40 p.m. after falling from a moving vehicle.

Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 18, 1984, at Rinka Funeral Home, Loyal. Rev. C. Arlene Denzer of United Methodist Church, Loyal, will officiate and interment will be in the Town of Beaver Cemetery.

Visitations will be at Rinka Funeral Home in Loyal from 10 a.m. until time of services on Thursday.

Shirley Stowe was born on April 10, 1957, at Marshfield to Glen and Lorraine (nee Anger) Stowe. She attended Loyal High School.

In 1973 she was married to Neil Horst in Illinois. She lived in Wausau for six years and for the past six months had been living at Argonne, Wis.

Surviving her are her father, Glen Stowe of Edgar her mother, Mrs. Lorraine Arndt of Loyal her step-mother, Mrs. Cecelia (Brandenburg) Stowe one son, Neil Jr. of Stevens Point two brothers, David of Loyal and Glen Jr. Of Wausau three half brothers, Doug Lloyd of Spencer, Rufus Stowe of Edgar, and Jim Stowe of Edgar one step-sister, Mrs. Tom (Marie) Fleisner of Marshfield one step-brother, John Brandenburg of Wausau and her grandfather, Mrs. Arnold Anger of Owen.

Rink Funeral Home, Loyal is in charge of arrangements.
