Tioga (6 MAY 1915)

Mrs. Loy returned to Greenwood Tuesday.

Miss Minnie Fenhause returned home to Spencer Tuesday.

Edith Wilcox arrived here from Marengo, Ill., Tuesday. She expects to stay with Mrs. Smally this summer.

Bert Wilcox and John Schwamb drove to Neillsville Tuesday.

C.J. Bigelow and wife and Bert Wilcox and wife drove to Greenwood Thursday and spent the day with Mrs. A.W. Loy.

Chas. Asplin was seen on our streets Thursday.

The ladies aid met Saturday at the home of Mrs. Wm. Humbolt and was well attended. It was decided to have a fish pond and entertainment at the school house Saturday night, May 22nd. Everyone come and hear the music and fish.

Edna Sheets visited Saturday with Emma Phillips.

Stella Humbolt visited Sunday with Vera Slover.

Mrs. J.M. Palms spent Sunday with Mrs. G.H. Palms.

There was a party at John Jacobson’s Saturday night. Everyone present had a fine time.

Clark Wilcox and Karl Hill drove from Chili Saturday night.

The Ladies Aid Society met with Mrs. Humbolt last Saturday. Supper was served to twenty-six. Mrs. Schwamb had charge of the devotional exercises. A short business meeting followed. There will be a “fish pond” at the school house May 15. Everyone come and bring some “fish”. The meeting will be held the first Saturday in June at the home of C.J. Bigelow. Church at 10:30 next Sunday. Sunday school at 11:30.
