Tioga (20 MAY 1915)

We have had a very cold, rainy spell and a hard frost Sunday night.

A. Samada went to Granton last week to get a horse for Mrs. Asplin.

Mrs. H. Fredrickson is enjoying a visit with some relatives from Milwaukee.

The farmers are busy planting corn.

A. Samada intends to plant 15 acres of sugar beets.

There was no entertainment Saturday night on account of the rain.

Mrs. Nettie Free is visiting her uncle, John Schwamb, and family.

Mrs. Lulu Halbrader is on the sick list.

Beulah, Marie and Harold McCune drove to Neillsville Friday. Vera Slover and John Toloney accompanied them to take part in the contest, which was held Friday afternoon.
