Schuh, Barbara Ann (Underwood) (12 AUG 1943 - 14 JAN 2013)

Barbara Ann Schuh, 69, of Mondovi, died Monday, January 14, 2013, at Mayo Clinic Health Systems in Eau Claire. She was born August 12, 1943, in Milwaukee, daughter of Mae (Weideman) Underwood Harder.

She graduated from Dorchester High School. Following graduation she attended the Eau Claire School of Beauty. On November 27, 1963, Barbara married Roger Schuh in Wausau. She was a cosmetologist at numerous locations prior to purchasing Barb’s Magic Mirror in Mondovi.

Barbara sold the business and retired in 1995. She was a member of the Mondovi American Legion Auxiliary. She was active with family genealogy and supporter of the Brothertown Indian Nation of which her husband and family are members. Barbara was a loving wife, mother and grandmother who enjoyed following her grandchildren in all their endeavors.

She is survived by her husband of 49 years, Roger Schuh of Mondovi; four daughters, Michelle (Glen) Miller of Mondovi, Rhonda (Daniel) Tollefson of Eleva, Pamela (David) Gray of Gilmanton, Brenda Accola of Mondovi; six grandchildren, Amber, Stephany and Mariah Miller, Cheyenne and Madison Gray and JJ Accola; one great-grandson, Zachary Miller; one brother, LeRoy (Judy) Underwood of Lynchburg, Va.; sister-in-law, Judy Underwood of Chili; nieces, nephews, and other relatives. She was preceded in death by her parents; one brother, Lyle Underwood; step-father, Norb Harder.

Memorial Services will be held on Saturday, January 19, 2013, at 11:00 a.m. at the Kjentvet – Smith Funeral Home in Mondovi with Rev David Bangert officiating. Burial will be at Riverside Cemetery in Mondovi . Friends may call on Friday, January 18, 2013, from 4:00 – 7:00 p.m. at Kjentvet-Smith Funeral Home in Mondovi and one hour prior to services at the funeral home on Saturday.
