Fischer, Emma (27 December 1901 - 2 May 1968)

Mrs. Edward (Emma) Fischer, 66, of Rt. 2 Neillsville, died last Thursday in Neillsville. The body was taken to Milwaukee, where funeral services were held Monday afternoon. The Rev. T. I. Mueller officiated. Burial was made in Pine Lawn Cemetery.

Mrs. Fischer, the former Emma Kritch, was born December 27, 1901, in Hermansville, Mich. In later years she moved to Milwaukee, where she worked as a telephone operator, was manager of the A. & P. store and bookkeeper for the Woolworth Company.

Her first marriage was to John May and her second was to Harvey Stark, both of whom are deceased. Her third marriage, to Edward Fischer, took place January 22, 1955, in Milwaukee.

Mrs. Fischer is survived by her husband; two sons, Harold May of Milwaukee and Peter Stark of Menomonee Falls; a sister, Mrs. Emery (Anna) Rader of Milwaukee; two brothers, Walter and Clarence Kritch of Milwaukee; and five grandchildren.
