Hart, Lisa M. (April 21, 1977 - November 8, 2010)

Lisa M. Hart, 33, Medford, was pronounced dead on Monday, Nov. 8 in the Town of Green Grove, Clark County, as the result of an automobile accident.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, Nov. 13 at 2 p.m. at Hemer Funeral Home in Medford, with Pastor David Clements officiating.

Visitation will be held at the funeral home on Saturday from 11 a.m. until the time of the service.

TIME & PLACE OF FUNERAL: Memorial services will be held at 2:00 PM on Saturday, November 13 at Hemer Funeral Home, Medford

OFFICIATING: Pastor David Clements.

VISITATION AT: Hemer Funeral Home from 11 AM until the time of memorial services at 2 PM on Saturday, Nov. 13

DATE & PLACE OF BIRTH: April 21, 1977 at Hartford, WI

EDUCATION: Neosho elementary schools and attended Hartford High School

PRINCIPAL EVENTS IN LIFE: After her education she worked in Mayville, WI at Mayville Metals. In 2002 she moved to Medford and was employed at Weather Shield Mfg. for 7 years. For the past 4 months she had been employed at Grassland Butter in Greenwood, WI. She enjoyed crafts, fishing & NASCAR.

SURVIVING CHILDREN: Tyler Michael Hart & Taylor Erin Hart both of Medford.

SURVIVING BROTHERS/SISTERS: Brother-Brian (Whitney) Hart of Medford; Sister Joanne Hart of Medford.

SURVIVING PARENTS: Robert & Joyce Hart of Medford; Paternal Grandmother-Ruth Maher of Hartford, WI.

OTHER INFORMATION: Further survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews & cousins

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorials be given to the family for a future designation.
