Niggemann, Gayle Margaret (Nelson) (July 11, 1954 - September 8, 2011)

Gayle Margaret Niggemann, 57, Wauconda, Ill., died on Thursday, Sept. 8 at Good Shepherd Hospital in Barrington, Ill. Funeral services were held on Monday, Sept. 12 at Kisselburg-Wauconda Funeral Home in Wauconda. Private interment was held.

Gayle Margaret Niggemann, age 57, was a resident of Waucanda, IL for 37 years.

Gayle was the beloved wife of Douglas R. Sr.; loving mother of Joshua, Douglas R. Jr. (Brittany), Jacob and Kaitin; excited to be a grandmother in November 2011; devoted daughter of Margaret and the late Roy Nelson; dear sister of Debra (Gary) Polacek and Gary (Dorathy) Nelson; many nieces and nephews.

Gayle was born July 11, 1954, In Medford, Wisconsin and passed away Thursday, September 8, 2011 at Good Shepherd Hospital in Barrington, IL.

Gayle was a member of the Wauconda Boosters, Madd, Brian Injury Association of Illinois and was a trustee for the Wauconda Fie Protection District.

Visitation will be Monday, September 12, 2011 from 2:00 PM to the time of funeral service 7:00 PM at Kisselburg-Wauconda Funeral Home, 235 N. Main St., Wauconda, IL.

Interment will be private.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Gayle Niggemann Scholarship Fund, 423 Indian Ridge Trail, Wauconda, IL 60084.
