Rakow, William Mrs. (? - 17 Oct. 1963)

Funeral services were held Sun.afternoon at the First Methodist Church, for Mrs. William Rakow, who died Thur.. The Rev. Wesley Dafoe officiated and burial was made in Hillside cemetery. The V.F.W. Auxiliary rites were conducted at 8 p.m. Sat. at the Hansen Chapel.

Pallbearers were R. L. Hines, Kenneth Holleran, Norman Prior, Ed Gorman, Oscar Ward and William Roecklein.

Mrs. C. J. Dregne accompanied by Madon Plank, sang “The Old Rugged Cross,” and “In The Garden.”

Those attending the services from out of town were Mr. and Mrs. Charles Wensing, and Mr. and Mrs. John Wensing and family, Minneapolis; Mrs. Mabel Wepfer and Mr. and Mrs. Harold Brockhaus, Colby; Miss Peggy Ross, Wausau; Mr. and Mrs. Elston Doering, Beaver Dam; and many other relatives and friends from Marshfield and surrounding areas.
