Carnahan, Gerald M. (12 June 1935 - 27 Mar. 2009)

Gerald M. Carnahan, 73, of Marshfield died Fri. morning at the Palliative Care Unit at Saint Joseph's Hospital.

Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Tues. at Rembs' Funeral Home (300 S. Oak Ave. - Marshfield, WI). Burial will be in Hillside Cemetery.

Visitations will be from 9 a.m. until time of the services Tues. at Rembs' Funeral Home (300 S. Oak Ave. - Marshfield, WI).

Gerald M. Carnahan, 73, of Marshfield died Fri. at the Palliative Care Unit at Saint Joseph's Hospital.

Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Tues., March 31, 2009, at Rembs' Funeral Home (300 S. Oak Ave. - Marshfield, WI) with the Rev. Don Meuret. Burial will be in Hillside Cemetery.

Visitation will be from 9 a.m. Tues. until time of the services at the funeral home.

Jerry was born June 12, 1935, in Marshfield to Maxon and Jeanette (Sautner) Carnahan. He grew up in La Crosse and moved back to Marshfield in 1960 to farm in the town of Lincoln. Farming and the cows were the joy of his life before retiring in 1999.

Jerry is survived by sisters Roseanne Heller of Marshfield and Sharon (Dick) Krajewski of Beaver Dam, his aunt Germaine Herman of Marshfield and his uncle Cleo (Frances) Carnahan of Stevens Point. He is further survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents.
