Soulier, Mary Madelyn (25 Aug. 1992 - 23 Nov. 2004)

Mary Madelyn Soulier, age 12, of Lac du Flambeau and Barksdale, died on Tues. November 23, 2004.

She was born on August 25, 1992 in Marshfield, to Leonard Vetterneck and Madeline Soulier.

Mary loved singing, dancing, movies, reading, jokes and above all, her family. She is survived by her father Leonard Vetterneck and mother Madeline Soulier, Paternal grandmother Elizabeth Vetterneck of Lac du Flambeau and Maternal grandfather Ray Philemon of Lac du Flambeau, aunts and uncles- Mardella (Michael) Gustafson of Bayfield, Alice Soulier of Lac du Flambeau, Teana (Jeff) Clark of Red Lake, MN; Theresa (Daryl) Soulier of Lac du Flambeau, Wally Soulier of Lac du Flambeau, Guy Soulier of Lac du Flambeau, Raymond (Lisa) Soulier of Lac du Flambeau, Mary (Shawn) Beard of Lac du Flambeau, Carol Vetterneck of Lac du Flambeau, Lori (Benny) Smith of Lac du Flambeau, Theresa (Darrell) Vetterneck of Lac du Flambeau and Kyle Vetterneck of Lac du Flambeau. Foster parents, Duke (Fran) Kuester of Barksdale and god parents, David Clark of Red Lake, Minn., and Wanda Wayman of Lac du Flambeau.

She was preceded in death by her maternal grandmother Mary Ella St. Germain Soulier, maternal great-grandfather Peter St. Germain and maternal cousin baby Alice Poupart.

Funeral services will be on Sat. November 27, at St. Anthony’s Catholic Church in Lac du Flambeau. Father Jim Bartelme will officiate. Burial will be in Memorial Cemetery. Visitation will be on Fri. after 4 p.m. at the Multi-purpose Building in Lac du Flambeau.

Bolger Funeral Home is serving the family.
