AUBURNDALE - Diplomas will be presented to 45 seniors at the Auburndale High School commencement exercises to be held at 8:15 p.m. Thursday, May 24, in the school auditorium.

Arthur E. Johnson, Clintonville industrialist, is to give the commencement address “Moments in the Lives of Men.”

Highest scholastic averages for the class were attained by David Roach, valedictorian, and Anna Hansen, salutatorian.

Baccalaureate services at 8:30 p.m. Sunday, May 20, will be conducted by the Rev. Perry H. Sacto, pastor of St. Paul’s Methodist Church, Stevens Point.

Auburndale members of the class of 1956 are Richard Aschenbrenner, Donald Bredl, Kathleen Breu, Leonard Dillinger, Barbara Drollinger, Rose Mary Ertl, Arnold Falk, Marie Feirer, Margaret Florence, Mary Gotz, Viola Grossbier, Donald Haupt, Richard Kieffer, William Kieffer, David Kohel, Margaret Krings, Marrianne Leibl, Wallace Linzmeier, Duane Reed, Russell Schilling, Coral Teska, Jack Uttermark and Patricia Willfahrt.
