The Owen & Northwester Lumber Co. of Menomonie, Wisconsin has purchased the
Tip Hilton lots north of the M.E. Parsonage and will start a large
warehouse. Otto Weyhmiller will start at once to put in the concrete
foundation, and J. M. Philpott has the contract for building the warehouse.
