Goekey, Frank (1839? – 22 NOV 1915)

Frank Goekey, well known in our village (Loyal, Clark Co., Wis.), died at St. Joseph’s Hospital at Marshfield, Monday morning, November 22, 1915 at five o’clock. Deceased had been in ill health for some time and was taken to the hospital about a week ago. He was a barber by trade and while in Loyal during the summer, on several occasions worked for Ed Fulwiler. He was a brother to Mrs. M. Belonger, who is living where her daughter, Mrs. August Foss. He was about 76 years of age, and besides his sister here, he leaves to brothers in Minnesota and a host of relatives and friends. Mr. and Mrs. August Foss went to Marshfield Tuesday to attend the funeral.
