Mr. and Mrs. Chuck Lilligren of Anoka, Minnesota visited a week at the Herman Held home, and also while in Owen visited Henry Wollum and the Martin Carlson home.

Dr. and Mrs. R.E. Arneson entertained guests at a potluck supper party on Saturday night and showed movies of his Norway trip. Attending were Henry Wollum, the Andersons, the Rinecks, the Kadolphs, the Jaspers, Shirley S. Kelley, Marion Johnson and Harold Parker. Especially interesting were movies taken inside the Norwegian homes and the trip to the Fjords.

They visited their brother, Mr. and Mrs. Karl Blum in Dalles Oregon, and their niece, Mr. and Mrs. Rick Westin and family. Also time was spent sightseeing and visiting such places as Glacier National Park, The World's Fair in Spokane, Crater Lake in the Cascades, the Jedediah Smith Red Woods in California, and Yellowstone National Park. They also stopped in Colorado Springs to visit her daughter, Pfc.
