Greiner, Gertrude (18 June 1922 - 15 September 1980)
Gertrude Greiner, 58, of Round Lake, Illinois, died Monday, September 15, in
Lake Forest, Illinois, after a long illness.
Mrs. Greiner, the former Gertrude Acker, was born June 18, 1922, in Greenwood to
Mr. and Mrs. William Acker. She graduated from Auburndale High School. She
resided in Round Lake following her marriage to Raymond Greiner, formerly of
Auburndale in Round Lake with burial made in a Grays Lake cemetery.
Survivors include her husband, two daughters, three sons and four grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents and two brothers.
A funeral mass was held Thursday, September 18, from St. Joseph’s Catholic
Church.
