Petersen, Frank M. (28 Oct. 1901 - 9 July 1986)

SPENCER - Frank M. Petersen, 84, Spencer, died Wednesday at Neillsville Memorial Hospital. Services will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at Dallmann Funeral Home, Rib Lake. Burial will be in Chelsea Community Cemetery, Chelsea.

Visitation will be after 3 p.m. today at the funeral home.

Mr. Peterson was born Oct. 28, 1901, in Chelsea, to Martin and Elizabeth (Tlusty) Petersen. He attended Chelsea area schools. He worked for Park Falls Lumber Mill and then Soo Line Railroad. He also did logging work. He retired from Soo Line in 1966. He moved to Spencer 35 years ago.

He married Eva Leischer, May 10, 1925. She died in October 1983.

He was in the hospital for only a short time before his death.

Surviving are one daughter, Mrs. Sam (Charlotte) Corbino, Lombard, Ill.; one son, Wayne, Spencer; one sister, Clara Petersen, Superior; and two granddaughters.

Besides his wife, he was predeceased by one son, one daughter, his parents, two brothers, and two sisters.
