Lochen, Marie (11 May 1908 - 20 May 1989)

ATHENS - Marie Lochen, 81, Athens, died Saturday at the home of her sister, Delphine Crevier, Wausau.

Services will be at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at Kraemer Funeral Home, Athens, followed by a mass at 11 a.m. at St. Anthony’s Catholic Church, Athens, with the Rev. Stephen Gross, officiating.

Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery.

Visitation will be after 3 p.m. today at the funeral home, where *** Note: The middle part of this article was missing and was not available at the time of transcription. Her date of birth is from the Social Security Death Index.

*** town of Berlin, Thayer and LaFollette, town of Hamburg, DeCourcey, town of Rib Falls and the Athens Elementary School. She retired in 1972, after teaching for 30 years.

Survivors include five sisters, Florence Mason, and Stella Thurs, both of Athens, Clara Zuman, and Delphine Crevier, both of Wausau and Lorrain Cruikshank, Anchorage, Alaska.

She was predeceased by a sister, Erna Kohler, and two brothers, Alfred and Claude.
