Venzke, Nila F. (Solchenberger) (September 30, 1920 - October 8, 2009)

 

Nila F. Venzke, 89, Marshfield, formerly of Milan, passed away peacefully surrounded by her family on Thursday, October 8, 2009 at her residence in Marshfield.

 

Her funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, October 10, 2009 at

Bethlehem Lutheran Church in Milan. The Rev. Jeffrey Lambrecht will preside.

Her family will receive relatives and friends on Friday, Oct 9 at the funeral home in

Abbotsford from 5-8:00 p.m. and again at the church on Saturday for one hour prior to the service.

Nila F. Venzke, age 89, of Marshfield, formerly of Milan, passed away peacefully

surrounded by her family on Wednesday, October 07, 2009 at her residence in

Marshfield.

 

Her funeral service will be held at 11AM on Saturday, October 10, 2009 at Bethlehem Lutheran Church in Milan. The Rev. Jeffrey Lambrecht will officiate. Her family will receive relatives and friends on Friday, Oct 9, 2009 at the funeral home in Abbotsford from 5-8 PM and again at the church on Sat for one hour prior to the service.

 

Nila was born on Sept. 30, 1920 to Matthias and Nellie (Pearl) Solchenberger. On June 10th 1944 she married her loving husband the late Clarence Venzke, at the Milan Church. Together, they farmed and raised a family. She enjoyed dancing, baseball games, cards, and fishing. She was a lifelong member of Bethlehem Lutheran Church and the Ladies Aid.

 

She is lovingly survived by Roy (Cathie) Venzke of Fort Atkinson, John (Sue Nelson)

Venzke of Neillsville, and Judy (James) Woehrle of Marshfield. She is further survived

by grandchildren and great grandchildren.
