Hoeft, Theodore (1858? – 28 Oct. 1937)
Theodore Hoeft, Sr., 79, died at his home in the town of Holton, Wednesday, after several months’ illness. He had been suffering from heart trouble and dropsy since last spring.
Funeral services will be conducted from the home at 1:30 and from the Christ Evangelical Lutheran Church here, at 2 o’clock, Saturday afternoon. The Rev. J. Brandt will officiate and internment will be made in the town of Holton cemetery.
The deceased was born in Germany, and came to this country where he settled in Sheboygan County at the age of 14 years. His occupation was farming.
Mr. Hoeft is survived by his wife, three sons, Emil, Milan; Edwin, Abbotsford; Theodore Jr., Chippewa Falls; a daughter, Elsie, Abbotsford; and seven grandchildren.
