Weekend guests at the Robert Stewart home were Miss Alice Jepsen of Stevens Point, Lloyd Dumke who attends Stout University - Menomonie, Mr. and Mrs. Richard Korn and family of Eau Claire, Mr. and Mrs. M. C. Thompson of Abbotsford and Mr. and Mrs. Jack Helding of Rothschild.

Guests Sunday at the Ernest Vollrath home were Mrs. Jake Speich and daughter, Violet, Mrs. Ben Dallman and Mrs. James Metcalf.

People from the area who attended the funeral of Lester Luther in Eau Claire were Mr. and Mrs. Clarence Verhulst, Mr. and Mrs. Kenneth Verhulst, Lyle Verhulst, Mrs. Celen Gotter, Mr. and Mrs. Leonard Johnson, Mr. and Mrs. Carl Turnquist, Mrs. Orville Oswald, Mrs. Jack Felix, Mrs. Jerome Bertz, Mrs. Nina Cattanach, Sigward Johnson, Mr. and Mrs. Raymond Johnson, Mr. and Mrs. Calvin Johnson, Mr. and Mrs. Dale Johnson, also Mr. and Mrs. Harold Haupt of Elkhorn and Mr. and Mrs. Gerald Bredlau of Hales Corners.

Mr. and Mrs. Lorris Dusso of Madison and Mr. and Mrs. Gerald Goeke and daughter, Debra, of Pewaukee came to attend the funeral of their aunt, Mrs. Calvin Franz, and visit their father, William Goeke, and other relatives.

Mr. and Mrs. James Susa, Jr., and daughter, Vicki, have returned after a visit in Moline, Ill., at the Garry Hunt home.

Mrs. Joe Klune and Mr. and Mrs. Joe Tolaney spent the weekend in Kaukauna, where they visited Mr. and Mrs. Clayton Vandenbruek, Mitchell and Annette Klune, Mr. and Mrs. Melvin Mitchell, and Mrs. Gale Lumn and daughters.

Arleigh Syth and Mrs. Lawrence Cox returned Saturday after a two-week visit in California with the Schmoll families at Merced and at the Richard Parks home in Livermore.

Guests Sunday at the Don Warner home were their children, Mr. and Mrs. Harold (Dick) Warner and family of Chetek and Mr. and Mrs. Don Telford and daughters of Eau Claire.

Mr. and Mrs. Fred Harp of Chippewa Falls were guests Sunday at the Lawrence Cox home.
