Bielecki, Theresa Jean (5 April 1948 - 9 April 2013)

Theresa J. Bielecki, age 65, of Thorp, passed away at her home on Tuesday, April 9, 2013. Funeral services were held at 10:30 a.m. on Saturday, April 13, 2013, at St. Stanislaus Catholic Church in Lublin. Rev. Madanu Sleeva Raju officiated and burial followed in St. Stanislaus Catholic Cemetery. Visitation was held at the church, on Saturday, from 9:30 a.m. until time of service.

Theresa Jean Pawlicki was born on April 5, 1948, at Victory Memorial Hospital in Stanley, the daughter of Joseph and Sophie (Siudak) Pawlicki. She received her elementary education at Bellinger and Red Brick schools, and graduated from Thorp High School. Theresa was united in marriage to Joseph A. Bielecki on September 21, 1968, at St. Stanislaus Catholic Church in Lublin. She was a homemaker and mother, and later cleaned homes for several people in the Thorp/Lublin area.

In her spare time, she enjoyed gardening, knitting, bird-watching, raising flowers, horses, and exploring new things. She was a member of St. Stanislaus Catholic Church and its PCCW.

She is survived by her husband, Joseph, of Thorp; two sons: James (Kristy) Bielecki of Chippewa Falls, and Jason (Chris) Bielecki of Gilman; one grandchild, Miranda Bielecki; three step-grandchildren: Casey Dahl, Josh Dahl and Nicole Johnson; her parents: Joseph and Sophie Pawlicki of Thorp; one sister, Marcie (Dale) Boie of Thorp; one sister-in-law, Carol Pawlicki of Thorp; nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by one brother, Raymond Pawlicki.
