ADOLPH GEISLER RITES ARE HELD MONDAY

Monday afternoon funeral services for Adolph Geisler were conducted from the Hoeper and Kraut Funeral Home. Harold Miller officiated at the final rites held for the 79 year ol retired farmer who passed away Saturday, August 22, at his home in the City of Owen.

He had suffered for years from acute leukemia.

Born January 25, 1885, in the Town of Warner, Clark County, where he spent practically all of his life time.



On May 4, 1910 he and Katherine F. Kuehn exchanged nuptial vows and made their home on a farm in the town of Warner. The coupld retired from farming in 1959 wt which time they moved to Owen.

Katie Habighorst, Waverly Frane and Ruthann Kuehn were in charge of the floral offerings while Ray Paul, Robert Habighorst, Robert Bredlau, Otto Hoft, Peter Larson and Louis Vogel served as pallbearers.

Mr. Geisler’s passing is mourned by his widow, two sons Norman of Owen, and Ervin of Greenwood; one brother, Ed, of Cornell, and four grandchildren.
