Frame, Reed Gardner (24 January 1937 - 28 November 1969)

Reed Gardner Frame, 32, of Milwaukee, died suddenly at 9:30 a.m. Sunday, of an apparent heart attack while in the barn of his father-in-law, Edward Abel, two and one-half miles west of Greenwood. The Frames had arrived Saturday evening to visit at the Abel home and to hunt.

The funeral was to be held Wednesday at 2 p.m. from Grace United Methodist Church in Greenwood, with the Rev. Lee Holmes of Marshfield officiating. Burial was to be made in the Greenwood Cemetery. Military rites were to be conducted by the Wallis-Hinker American Legion Post, No. 238.

Mr. Frame was born January 24, 1937, in Atascadero, Cal., to Royal and Erma (Hall) Frame. He was married to Shirley Abel June 11, 1960, in Milwaukee, where he came following his discharge from service in the army in France on February 11, 1960, and had lived there since that time. He was employed in Milwaukee.

Survivors include his wife, Shirley; three daughters, Wanda, 8, Sherri, 7, and Deanna, 6. Other survivors all living in California include: eight brothers, Neil and Gordon of Atascadero, Royal of Tujunga, Grant of Georgetown, Boyd of San Bernardino, Douglas of Sacramento, Bruce of Garden Grove, and Jess of San Francisco; and three sisters, Rosemary of Tujunga, Anna of Pacific Grove and Jean of Atascadero.
