Benjamin, Hattie (30 April 1876 - 11 January 1970)

Hattie Benjamin, 93, a resident of Havenett Nursing Home in Owen and formerly of Neillsville, died Sunday at the home in Owen. Funeral services were held from the Georgas Funeral Home in Neillsville at 1:30 p.m. Wednesday, with the Rev. William Dushek, pastor of the United Methodist Church, officiating. Burial was made in the Neillsville City Cemetery.

Mrs. Benjamin was born April 30, 1876, in Teplitz, Austria, to Bernhart and Anna (Seeman) Fiedler. She was married August 5, 1905, at Camp Douglas to Joe Benjamin, who died in 1940.

She is survived by two step-daughters, Nina B. Donavan and Mrs. Ella Bowler, both of Inglewood, Calif.
