James Norris transacted business at Marshfield Saturday.

The Kings Daughters will meet with Mrs. Palms Dec. 14th.

Otto Behrens returned Saturday from a business trip to Ashland.

Mr. and Mrs. S.E. Sweet returned from Minneapolis last week Wednesday.

The St. Ann's Society will meet with Mrs. Peter Knop Thursday, Dec. 15.

The Owl Club is having bills printed for a dance in the M.W.A. hall Friday, Dec. 23.

Amine Snyder, Helen Klinke and Julia Johnson were Marshfield visitors Saturday.

Ralph E. Hale of Fond du Lac has been the guest of his sister Mrs. Frank Miller the past week.

Mrs. P.W. Gullord went to Marshfield Tuesday, for a few days visit with relatives and friends.

Geo. Robinson of Granton was here last Thursday visiting with his cousin, Mrs. Albert Christiansen.

Miss Ella Larson was a guest of her mother Mrs. Mary Larson last week. Ella is teaching this year at Gilman.

Miss Lola Mason of Red Wing, Minn. came Monday morning for a visit at the home of H.H. Hartson and with other friends.

Pete Platen arrived here Thursday from buffalo, S.D., where he has a claim. He will spend the winter here and return in the spring.

Geo. Wick and Antone Richart of New Holstein, Wis., are visitors at the home of Peter Hecker north of this city. Mr. Wick is a brother of Mr. Hecker.

Forest Queen Camp 2710 R.N. of A. will hold election of officers in Modern Woodman Hall on Wednesday evening Dec. 14, all members should come prepared with pencils. -- Recorder
