Bodisch, Selma (23 Oct 1895 – 20 Apr 1967)

Mrs. Selma Bodisch, Milwaukee, died at 6:30 p.m. Thursday, April 20, 1067. She had been in ill health for several years.

Services were conducted on Monday, April 24, at 2 p.m. at the Raasch Funeral Home, Milwaukee and interment was at the Pinelawn cemetery.

The former Selma Goehring was born October 23, 1895 in Sheboygan County, Wisconsin And soon after lived near Loyal. She graduated from Loyal High School in 1915 and taught rural schools in this area. She lived in Milwaukee most of the time since. She was a member of the Kingsly Methodist Church.

Survivors include her husband, Steve; a daughter Mrs. Marvin (Joyce) Henning; three grandsons, Randall, Gary, and David, Milwaukee; four sisters, Mrs. Lacey (Nettie) Philpott, Mrs. Claude (Sara) Catlin, Loyal; Mrs. David (Hulda) Shorey, Barronett; Mrs. Harold (Florence) Kuethe, Spencer; and four brothers, Walter Goehring, Colorado Springs, Colorado; Otto Goehring, Loyal; Floyd Goehring, Richmond, Illinois; and Dr. Harry Goehring, St. Cloud, Minnesota.
