Lulloff, Thomas Lee (19 December 1950 - 31 January 2014) With Flag

Thomas Lee Lulloff passed away Friday Jan. 31, 2014, in Fort Worth, TX.

Thomas was born Dec. 19, 1950, in Marshfield. He graduated from Neillsville High School in Wisconsin, after which he joined the Army and served in Vietnam until he was wounded. While in the hospital recovering from his wound, he turned down the Purple Heart award due to men around him having missing limbs. He believed those men to be the real heroes. Tom was an extraordinary friend to those in need. He would pray with his friends in his prayer garden and pass out small wooden crosses.

Tom is survived by his son, Christopher Lulloff of Wisconsin; his daughter, Miranda Gerke of Stetsonville; his stepmother, Anita E. Lulloff of Neillsville; brother, Mike Lulloff of Odessa, TX; sister, Kathryn Albers of Jacksonville, FL; half-sister, Cindy Kopp of Neillsville; stepbrothers, Ronald Marden of Kansas City, MO, Randy Marden of Neillsville and Jerry Marden of Spencer; grandchildren, Nicholas, Benjamin, Logan and Ethan; and a great-grandson, Zane.

He was preceded in death by his father, Robert F. Lulloff, and his mother, Irene M. Richmond.

Tom’s friends gathered to celebrate his life in Fort Worth, TX, Saturday, Feb. 8, 2014.
