The teacher, Miss Hardrath, gave a valentine party at the school on Thursday, which was enjoyed by all the ladies present. A nice lunch was served and the teacher gave everyone a very good treat of cookies and candy.

Carl Gust of Abbotsford called on neighbors and friends in this vicinity Saturday.

Mrs. E. Sinclair visited Mrs. R. Walter on Friday.

Several relatives and friends gathered at the Harold Haupt home Wednesday and helped Mrs. Haupt celebrate her birthday.

Viola and Virginia Walter were Sunday afternoon visitors at the Harris Jolivette home.

Mrs. Aug. Stabnow was a Sunday visitor at Richard Walter's.

Robert Jolivette was a Sunday visitors at the Art Turnquist home.

Mr. and Mrs. Art Wehrman and little son, and Mrs. Fred Wehrman and son Eddie were Sunday visitors at the Oscar Brandt home.

Mrs. Harris Jolivette entertained a few little girls at her home in honor of her daughter Geraldine's 9th birthday anniversary on Saturday. Those present were Betty Acker, Betty Brumbaugh, Gretchen and Gertrude Acker, Genevieve Ehlert, Virginia Walter, Florence Klein and Wayne Kelty.

Mrs. Bill Little returned home from Madison Sunday after taking treatment for a week there.

Mr. and Mrs. Matt Biever were Sunday evening visitors at Richard Walter's.

Leona Little spent Sunday afternoon with Mrs. J. Brumbaugh.

Merlin Lindner, the Rawleigh dealer, was a caller through this vicinity on Thursday.

Kenneth Worden and Teddy Acker spent Saturday with Donald Brumbaugh.
