Holt, Merton D. (31 March 1909 - 5 March 1972)

Funeral services for Merton D. Holt, 62, of Rt. 1 Neillsville, who died March 5, were held Thursday, March 9, at 1:30 p.m. from Zion American Lutheran Church in the Town of Grant. The Rev. Richard Eggen officiated and burial was made in the church cemetery. The Georgas Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.

Pallbearers were his brothers-in-law, Oscar, Reinhold, Carl, Louis, Edward, and Martin Krause. Martin Hillert sang “In the Garden” and “Abide With Me” with Mrs. Leland Garbisch as the accompanist.

B. Swartz and LeRoy Kralewski, Arkansaw; Mr. and Mrs. Reinhold Krause, Mrs. Harold .Boushon, Mrs. Arthur Boushon, Mrs. Lydia Guenther, Mr. and Mrs. Dale Tyler and Mr. and Mrs. Arnold Guk, all of Marshfield; Mrs. Vera Joyce, Mrs. Joe Hoeser and Mrs. Mae Holt and Donald Holt, all of Greenwood.
