------ Green, Minnie Scidmore (11 DEC 1872 – 29 MAR 1966)

Funeral services for Mrs. Minnie Scidmore Green, 93, Curtiss, were held Thursday afternoon, March 31, at the Christian missionary alliance church, Curtiss.  The Rev. Arnold Woodring officiated, and burial was in the Pine Hill cemetery.  Mrs. Green died at her home on March 29.

Pallbearers were Grant Herrick, Anthony Hennlich, Floyd Buchanan, Wilfred Marcott, Alfred Thompson and Ray Kobs.

During the service, Mrs. Arnold Woodring sang “Nearer, My God to Thee” and “Abide With Me”.  Congregational singing as requested by Mrs. Green included “Standing on the Promises of God” and “What a Friend We Have in Jesus”.   Mrs. Vern Buchanan was the accompanist.
