College Notes (9 July 2014)

The following area Chippewa Valley Technical College (CVTC) students were recently awarded scholarships when the CVTC Foundation hosted its annual Scholarships Awards Receptions.

From Alma Center: Derrick D. Laufenberg - structural electrical apprenticeship - Carl E. Hagen Memorial Endowment.

From Granton: Rodney Reed - electrical power distribution - Todd Bauer Memorial Line Worker Scholarship presented by Dunn Energy Corporative.

From Neillsville: Kendra Hawley - landscape, plant, and turf management - Eau Claire Are Master Gardeners Association

From Thorp: George Zacharias - electrical power distribution - I.B.E.W. local 953
