The Rev. David Logue, pastor of Immanuel United Church of Christ, rural Greenwood, officiated at the wedding of Miss Jeanne Sharon Braun, Marshfield and Thomas Walter Matter, Spencer on June 21, at 1 p.m. Kenneth Steiger was the soloist and Mrs. Alvin Albert played the organ.

Parents of the couple are Mr. and Mrs. Clayton Braun, route 2, Greenwood and Mr. and Mrs. Walter Matter, Spencer.

The bride was given in marriage by her father chose a floor length gown of hand-clipped rosepoint lace, with crescent waistline and wedding ring collar trimmed with seed pearl applique attached to a A-line skirt with chapel train of nylon tulle, lace border.Her bouffant veil of imported French illusion, was secured to a crown of seed pearl petals, she carried a cascade arrangement of yellow and white roses entwined with ivy.

The bride chose Miss Shirley Zunker, Sheboygan Falls as her maid of honor. Miss Ellen Charron, Marshfield and Miss Margaret Matter, Spencer, were the bridesmaids.

The aides were seen in floor length gowns of maize nylon organza over taffeta, with lace daisies around the neckline, wrists and down the center of gowns. Their headpieces were of nylon tulle petals and brief veils. They each carried bouquets of daisies and greens.

Jennifer Matter was the flower girl and ring bearer was Eric Braun.

Duane Fravert, Marshfield served as best man. Michael Matter, Spencer, and David Braun, Greenwood, were groomsmen.

Clayton W. Braun and John Schultz performed the ushering duties.

A reception was held at the home of the bride's parents followed by a supper at the church parlors.

The new matron is a 1964 graduate of Greenwood High School and a 1967 graduate of Kenosha Technical Institute. She has been employed by St. Joseph's Hospital, Marshfield.

The groom graduated from Spencer High School in 1964 and attended Stout State University-Menominee and North Central Technical Institute, Wausau. He is employed by Pathfinder Mobile Homes.

After a wedding trip out west the couple will make their home at Sheboygan
