Christmas Holiday guests of Mrs. H. Decker were: Mr. and Mrs. Ronald Runge and son Rodney of Unity, Mr. and Mrs. Chester Decker of Owen, Mr. and Mrs. Arlyn Decker and children, Jodi and Jeff, Mr. and Mrs. Kenneth Decker and daughter Holly of Milwaukee, and Florence Hilbo of Thorp.
The Thorp Women’s Club will meet on Wednesday, Jan. 3rd at 8 o’clock at the Thorp Elementary Public School Cafeteria.
Mr. and Mrs. Louis Pagel visited Monday afternoon at Mr. and Mrs. John Pagel of Owen r.r.
Mr. and Mrs. Alex Soeller spent Christmas at the Ervin Geisler home in Greenwood.
Mr. and Mrs. Louis Pagel Sr., Mr. and Mrs. Kenneth Sauerwein and family of Ellsworth, Mr. and Mrs. Jim Danielewicz and Jill of Cleghorn, and Mr. and Mrs. Bill Sauerwein of Holcombe were Christmas Day guests at the Steve Danielewicz home.
Mr. and Mrs. Theron Pagel and sons and Mr. Lyle Stelter and Donna visited Saturday afternoon at the Louis Pagel home.
Mr. and Mrs. Robert Kerr of San Diego, Calif., Mrs. Gordon Hastreiter and Debbie, Dennis Hastreiter of Woodruff, Mr. and Mrs. Don Soderberg and family of Marshfield, Mrs. Harry Meske and Barbara, and Mr. and Mrs. Pat Soderberg were dinner guests at the home of Mrs. Arthur Soderberg on Saturday.
Mrs. David Weinberger is spending a week in Owen with her children.
Miss Mary Pagel of Stanley called at Louis Pagel’s Sunday.
Mr. and Mrs. Emil Welzien spent Christmas Day with relatives at Loyal.
Christmas guests with Mr. and Mrs. Louis Ciolkosz were Mr. and Mrs. Erwin Ciolkosz and family, Mr. and Mrs. Peter Burzynski and family, Mr. and Mrs. Ed Ciolkosz and family, Mr. and Mrs. Bob Jakubowicz and family. They also received a phone call Christmas Day from their son Leonard of Berwyn, Ill.
Miss Ruth Kaczor of Plum City is spending her Christmas vacation at home.
Mrs. Clarence Welzien, David and Danny were dinner guests at the Emil Welzien home on Sunday.
Mr. Orville Aselin spent Monday with his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Layton Asselin.
Mr. and Mrs. Frank Grendys spent Xmas weekend in Milwaukee visiting their son and family.
Mr. and Mrs. Donald Jacques and son Christopher of Greendale, Duane Jacques of Wauwatosa, Mr. and Mrs. Jarl Scheibe and children Scott, Eric and Leigh of Marshfield, Pvt. Thomas Jacques of Fort Campbell, Ky., and Mrs. Thomas Jacques of Salina, Kansas were all holiday visitors at the parental home, the Art Jacques’.
Mr. and Mrs. Layton Asselin spent the weekend and Christmas with their daughter and family, Mr. and Mrs. Neal Deyo in Antigo.
Mr. and Mrs. Tom Morin and sons of Fort Collins, Col. Spent the Holiday at the home of their parents, Mr. and Mrs. Rudy Kokaly.

Mr. and Mrs. Frank Wyczawski of Stanley and Mr. and Mrs. Walt Wyczawski and son Jeffery of Milwaukee were Christmas Day dinner guests at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Val Wyczawski.
Mrs. Marie Peterson of Barron, Wis. And Don Peterson of Minneapolis were guests of the Glen Gilbertson’s for the Christmas Holidays.
Mr. and Mrs. Walt Wyczawski and son Jeffery of Milwaukee spent the Christmas weekend with their parents, Mr. and Mrs. Al Zielanis and Mr. and Mrs. Val Wyczawski.

Mr. and Mrs. George Badzinski of Bayfield visit at the Louis Badzinski home on Christmas Day.
Mr. and Mrs. Al Bogacz of Chicago, and Mr. and Mrs. Ralph Javore and daughters of Menomonee Falls were weekend visitors at the Felix Mroz home.
Mr. and Mrs. Lloyd Vandoski and daughters of Milwaukee and Mr. and Mrs. Del Le Chevalier and Michelle of Brookfield spent the weekend at the Stanley Wargolet home.
Mr. and Mrs. Stanley Wargolet Jr. of Milwaukee are spending their week’s vacation at their parent’s home.
Mrs. Stanley Mamajek left Monday for Milwaukee and will also visit at the Julian Slowiak home in Elmhurst, Ill. to get acquainted with their new grandson born Dec. 19th, 1967.
Mr. and Mrs. Cyril Alger, Mrs. Jos. Kobylarczyk, Mr. Louis and Ray Kobylarczyk went to St. Paul, Minn., Tuesday morning to attend the funeral of Mr. Paul Polnaszek.
Mr. Danny Alger of St. Paul and Miss Karen Alger of Milwaukee spent the Christmas Holiday at the home of their parents.
Miss Pauline Kobylarczyk of Chicago spent the Christmas Holiday at the Jos. Kobylarczyk home.
Jerry Hadzima of Chicago spent Christmas with friends in Thorp.
