Schultz, Gary L. (11 NOV 1969 – 10 DEC 2014)

Gary Lee Schultz Jr., 45, Ft. Myers, Fla., formerly of Greenwood, went to be with his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on Wednesday, Dec. 10, 2014. Services will take place at 2 p.m., on Sunday, Dec. 21, at Almond United Methodist Church, 98 County Road J, Almond.

Gary was born on Nov. 11, 1969, to Gary Sr. and Rochelle Schultz. He graduated from Greenwood High School in 1987. He worked as a master controller at Waterman Broadcasting Corp in Ft. Myers, Fla., for many years and was loved by his TV station family as well as many others. Everyone has been deeply saddened by his sudden death and he will be missed dearly. Friends and family have described him as sweet, kind, loyal, strong in faith, and a true gentleman.

Survivors include his parents; two sisters, Heather (David) Munson-Axen and Genessa Schultz; three nephews, Brad and Eric Munson and Malachi Schultz; and his grandmother, Irene Gatz.
