Hastings Baird, who has leased the Arends building, is rapidly getting his stock
and fixtures in shape for the grand opening of the new store next week.
Mr. Baird, who has had many years experience in the mercantile business, and who
is well known to our many readers, will carry a complete line of groceries,
fruits, vegetables, dry goods, shoes, etc. The store will be complete and modern
in every detail.
The opening will take place next week. Watch for large bill announcing the date.
