Klix, Glen Lester (7 June 1908 - 12 August 1973)

Funeral services were to be held Wednesday afternoon from Calvary Lutheran Church for Glen Lester Klix, a Neillsville resident since 1968, who died Sunday at St. Joseph’s hospital in Marshfield at the age of 65. The Rev. Ronald J. Nordin was to officiate and burial was to be made in the Neillsville City Cemetery. The Georgas Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.

Glen Klix, the son of Antone and Martha (Dehnert) Klix was born June 7, 1908, at Codington, S.D., and received his education in North Prairie and Waukesha schools. A graduate of Waukesha High School, he was employed most of his lifetime by the Hawthorne Melody Dairy of Milwaukee.

His marriage to the former LeNore Bartz took place August 10, 1946, at Granton. Following his retirement in 1968, the couple moved to Neillsville.

Mr. Klix is survived by his wife.
