The Clark County Homemakers announced the winners of their scholarship awards
last Thursday, May, 19, at their annual achievement program held at Owen.
The recipient of the $100 Homemakers scholarship is Sandra Wenzel, daughter of
Mrs. Phyllis Wenzel, rt. 1, Withee (Clark Co., Wis.). A senior this year in
Owen-Withee High School, Sandra plans to enroll at Wis. State University, La
Crosse this fall. Her goal is to major in physical education and teach
elementary school.
