Cheadle, Clarence (abt. 1891 – 29 SEP 1918)

Clarence Cheadle died on Sunday evening at his home on South Hewett Street after an illness of but a few days, typhoid pneumonia claiming him as a victim. He was born at Oxford and was 27 years of age. He was united in marriage to Miss Emma Worden at Oxford in Nov. 1911, and to this union two sons were born, both of whom survive their father. Mr. Cheadle and family moved here a couple years ago, he to engage in the carpenter business. He followed this for a time and then took a position in the condensary. Deceased was a good workman and a clever young man and his sudden death caused general regret among his friends. The remains were taken to Oxford on Tuesday where they were buried yesterday morning. Mrs. Lucy Worden of Oxford, mother of Mrs. Cheadle, Mrs. Herbert Cheadle of Minneapolis, mother of the deceased, and Mrs. Lucy Cheadle of Oxford came here and accompanied the remains to Oxford.
