North Grant (10 Oct 1918)

Henry Pischer is working for Fred Kier.

Mr. and Mrs. Robert Bruss are now cozily settled in their new home, the Wm. Buddenhagen place. The neighbors were sorry to lose them.

Fred Kier moved his silo from York for temporary use here.

Bruno Dudei has been assisting his brother, Ben, with corn husking.

Wm. Kurth is having an electric lighting system installed in his farm buildings.

Mr. and Mrs. Wm. Dahlke and two daughters Sundayed at the Fred Kier home.

Jas. Hughes family spent Sunday with relatives.

The Wm. Foemmel family has moved to the new home north of Neillsville, but have not disposed of the farm here, we understand.
