Last Week
Mrs. R.F. Skiff arrived home on Thursday from Clarksville, Ia. She was accompanied by her two nephews, Carl and Dana Dodge of California, who left Friday evening for Algoma, Ia., to meet their mother, Mrs. Emily Dodge, who will accompany them to their home in California.

Mr. and Mrs. Ampe and Mr. and Mrs. Tom Joyce autoed to Thorp on Sunday.

Mr. and Mrs. Buettner called on Mr. and Mrs. R.F. Skiff Sunday evening.

Mr. and Mrs. Fred Bramer and son, Howard, autoed to the city Monday.

Mr. and Mrs. Eric Lueck spent Sunday with relatives.

Joe Zajaz and family will move to Milwaukee, where he will work in a foundry.

Will Buettner and Fred Wendt put up a new flag rope, snap and pulleys at the Foreman school. It is hoped that someone will not need a clothes line again.

Everett and Floyd Buettner visited the Shaley boys Sunday.

Mr. and Mrs. Will Buettner visited at the Gust Garbusch home in town York.

This Week
The funeral of Grandma Wheeler was held at the Christie creamery on Thursday afternoon.

Will Buettner and John Armstrong hauled cheese to Neillsville Thursday.

Amanda Yunker called on Mrs. Will Buettner and Mrs. Ernest Gossa Wednesday.

A baby girl was born to Mr. and Mrs. Wil Joyce Thursday.

Gus. Miller moved his family to Neillsville.

Mrs. Ernest Henning has gone on a visit to her brother, who is very sick.

Mrs. John Schmidt and babe are visiting her parents, Mr. and Mrs. John Hauser.

Worth West returned from Menomonie Thursday.
