Martini, Edna A. (18 May 1911 - 27 December 1973)

Mrs. Gottlob Martini, 62, of Rt. 1 Owen, a lifelong resident of Clark County, died early Thursday morning at the Colonial House in Colby, where she was admitted November 26.

Mrs. Martini, the former Edna A. Hotarski, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Mike Hotarski, was born May 18, 1911, in Clark County. She received her education in the Oakland School in the Town of Reseburg. She was married, April 10, 1945, to Gottlob Martini in St. Patrick’s Catholic Church in Thorp and they resided on a farm north of Greenwood since their marriage.

Surviving are her husband; a daughter, Rita, at home and a son, Kenneth, at home; two sisters, Mrs. Louis (Estelle) Robas of Delafield and Mrs. Charles (Josephine) Kazior of Chicago.

Funeral services were held Friday at 9:30 a.m. from the Hill Funeral Home and at 10:30 a.m. from St. Mary’s Catholic Church in Greenwood, the Rev. Leander Koopman officiating. Burial was made in St. Mary’s Cemetery.
