Krebsbach, Marie E. (Dahlke) (2 SEP 1928 - 10 FEB 2007)

Marie E. Krebsbach, 78, 176 Blueberry Rd, Edgar died Saturday, February 10, 2007 at home.

She was born September 2, 1928 in the town of Wien, daughter of the late Bruno and Margaret (Sazama) Dahlke. On September 8, 1947 she married Edmund Krebsbach at St. John Catholic Church, Edgar. He preceded her in death in 2002.

Being a homemaker and farmer kept Marie busy but in her spare time she enjoyed crocheting, ceramics, flower gardening and helping her family, especially with painting projects. She was also a member of the Christian Mothers Organization and the Ladies Auxillary.

Survivors include her children, Terry (Jeanette) Krebsbach, Kronenwetter, Cathy (Jerry) Anderson, Medford, Cindy (Dale) Lapacz, Green Bay, Tom (Karen) Krebsbach, Medford, Margie (Len) Strasser, Marshfield, Chuck (Deb) Krebsbach, Marathon, Mike (Cindy) Krebsbach, Edgar and Ed (Donna) Krebsbach, Appleton; sixteen grandchildren, five great grandchildren; three brothers, Clemente (Pat) Dahlke, Oak Creek, Kenny (Diane) Dahlke, Edgar and Joe Dahlke, Edgar; two sisters, Elaine Brodjeski, Wausau and Judy (Roland) Totzke, Edgar; sister-in-law, Collette Rosenthal and many other nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.

Besides her parents and husband she was preceded in death by two brothers, Raymond and Bob Dahlke.

The funeral mass will be celebrated 11 a.m. Wednesday, February 14, 2007 at St. John Catholic Church, Edgar. Rev. Norman Boneck will preside. Burial will be in St. John Catholic Cemetery, Edgar. Friends may call on Tuesday from 4-8 p.m. at Peterson/Kraemer Funeral Home, Edgar and again on Wednesday from 10 a.m. until the time of services at the church. There will be a 6 p.m. rosary service Tuesday at the Edgar funeral home.
