Scheibe, Delia #2 (1 APR 1888 – 24 FEB 1969)

Mrs. Delia Scheibe, 80, a former area resident, died at Mound, Minn., on February 24, 1969. Funeral services were held at Mound Wednesday morning, after which the body was brought to Abbotsford for interment. The Rev. Charles Glidden of the First Presbyterian Church conducted graveside services at 3 p.m.

The former Delia Lieders was born April 1, 1888, at Dorchester, and was married to Edwin Scheibe. They farmed in the area until 1931, then moved to Colby, and later came to Abbotsford to make their home. Mr. Scheibe preceded his wife in death.

In 1952 Mrs. Scheibe went to Mound, Minn.

She is survived by an only child, Mrs. Harold (Wanda) Correll of Mound, Minn., one grandson and one granddaughter, and four great-grandsons. She also leaves one sister, Mrs. Albert (Rita) Malmrose of St. Paul, Minn., and three brothers, Harry Lieders of San Antonio, Texas, Arnold Lieders of Medford, Ore., and Orville Lieders of Abbotsford.

Relatives who came for the interment rites were Mr. and Mrs. Harold Correll of Mound, Minn.; Mr. and Mrs. James Correll and three sons of Minneapolis; Mr. and Mrs. Lonnie Rubis of Wausau, and Mrs. Albert Malmrose of St. Paul, Minn.
