About 65 people attended a housewarming party at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Robert Trunkel.

The afternoon was spent in playing cards, having lunch and refreshments. Gifts were received by the honored couple. Mrs. Alice Prebil of Boyceville was present.

Mrs. Frank Pozego, Sr., Larry, Lori and Dawn, also Ida Sessions, were in Marathon Sunday, where they attended the graduation dinner of Roxanne Sessions.

Last Sunday a graduation party was held at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Alvin Kaltinger, honoring their daughter, Candace Kaltinger, who graduated from Greenwood High School. Present were: Mrs. Mary Landini, Mr. and Mrs. Ralph Landini and family, Mr. and Mrs. John Kaltinger and Mrs. Mary Kaltinger, who were present for a dinner.

Mr. and Mrs. Frank Svegel and Mr. and Mrs. Les Burmeister all of Milwaukee, visited relatives here recently.

Miss Carol Govek and Mrs. Ron Volovsek and Kayra spent from Wednesday until Friday last week in West Bend, Milwaukee, White Fish Bay and Sheboygan. They visited relatives and friends.

Mr. and Mrs. Tony Ulesich spent Wednesday evening with Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Ulesich.

Mr. and Mrs. John Verhunce, Sr., returned recently from Milwaukee, Chicago and Joliet, Il., where they visited relatives and friends.

Mr. and Mrs. William Seliskar and family of Northlake, Il., visited relatives here recently. They were accompanied on their return by his mother, Mrs. Evelyn Seliskar.

Mr. and Mrs. John Verhunce, Jr., and family of Milwaukee visited relatives here and stayed in their summer home at Rock Dam.

Mr. and Mrs. Joe Matkovich of Elmhurst, Il., and Mr. and Mrs. Ben Petka of Virginia, Mn., were dinner guests last Sunday of Mr. and Mrs. Louis Matkovich.

Mr. and Mrs. Leonard Rauen of Burlington visited Mr. and Mrs. Louis Matkovich and Mrs. Theresa Matkovich.

Mrs. Nick Matkovich of Owen, and Mrs. Louis Matkovich, were in Eau Claire last week.

Mr. and Mrs. John Scharenbrock, Mr. and Mrs. Ludwig Jordon, Mrs. Julia Trybula and Elaine, and Mr. and Mrs. LaVerne Gregorich and family attended the graduation party at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Bernard Schmidt in Loyal for their daugher, Barbara. A lunch and refreshments were served, followed by a social gathering.

Mr. and Mrs. Frank Kosel of St. Cloud, Mn, spent a couple of days with Mr. and Mrs. Edward Bayuk and family and Mr. and Mrs. William Bayuk and family and other relatives.

Miss Chris Bayuk of Marshfield and John Bayuk of Milwaukee spent the weekend with Mr. and Mrs. Edward Bayuk and family.

A birthday party was held last week for Jim Backus and Kim Backus. Their birthdays were a week apart. It was held at the Walter Backus home. Mrs. Josephine Debevec made and decorated the cake.
