Dorothy Ann Krultz, Greenwood (Clark Co., Wis.), who won a trip to Washington, D.C. when she was named Wisconsin's Betty Crocker Homemaker of Tomorrow, had a chance to visit with her Congressman, Lester Johnson, during her stay in the nation's capital. In the photo above, Dorothy Ann (center) introduces her chaperone, Mrs. Shirley Neuenfeldt, Greenwood, to Congressman Johnson. The women arrived in Washington April 4 on an expense paid tour that also included Colonial Williamsburg, Va., and New York City. In addition to the trip, Dorothy, who is a senior at Greenwood High School, will receive a $1,500 scholarship from General Mills for ranking highest among the 10,868 senior girls throughout Wisconsin. Who took the written exam on homemaking knowledge and attitudes.
